LDC Management

The following are members of LDC's senior management team.

Mark Davis - President

Founder and CEO of the largest shopping center development company in Puerto Rico and the Caribbean, primarily in a unique joint venture with Wal-Mart. Currently, his real estate companies are focused on developing Wal-Mart-anchored shopping centers in Puerto Rico and Mexico. He was formerly a partner in the national law firm of Greenberg Traurig. He received his J.D. degree cum laude from the University of Pennsylvania Law School in 1975, where he was an Editor of the Law Review. He has guest lectured for the last two years in joint classes of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and the Wharton School, and is currently a member of the University of Pennsylvania Law School's Board of Overseers. He is a Trustee of the Saint Johns Preparatory School in San Juan, Puerto Rico, where he resides.

Edward Batoff - Executive Vice President and Chief Administrative Officer

Has been a member of the Wall Street community for the past 45 years, including positions held with Wertheim & Co. and Lehman Brothers. He is a former allied member of the New York Stock Exchange and is currently President of E. Batoff & Co., Inc., Registered Investment Advisors. Mr. Batoff has lectured widely on the subject of "Understanding The Financial Markets." He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting, with honors, from Temple University and a J.D., cum laude, from the University of Pennsylvania Law School.

Michael Frick - Senior Vice President of Game Design, Research and Development, Sales and Marketing.

Responsible for LDC's product strategy and the development, marketing, sales and ongoing evaluation of new market opportunities. Before joining LDC, Mike had a distinguished career with two major state lotteries. He previously served as both Deputy Secretary and Acting Secretary of the Florida Lottery, as well as Deputy Executive Director for Support Services at the Pennsylvania Lottery. He holds both Law and MBA degrees, and has published several noteworthy articles on industry practices.

David Mizeur - Vice President of Domestic Sales

Dave began his career with the Illinois Lottery as Controller. He served five different lottery directors in Illinois as Deputy Director of Finance and Deputy Director of Operations, becoming de facto Chief of Staff in 1999. His responsibilities included all aspects of the management of the $1.6 billion agency, including human resources, information technology, finance, game development and retailer relations. In 1996, Dave was appointed Chairman of the Finance and Administration Committee for the newly formed Big Game multi-state consortium, today known as Mega Millions.

In 2003, Dave co-founded The DMM Group, a lottery gaming consulting group assisting both governments and industry firms in areas related to game marketing, best practices, privatization initiatives and procurement. Dave is also employed by Lottery Dynamics Corp as a product advisor, concentrating on the domestic market.

Tim Green - Vice President of International & Insurance

Heads LDC's international marketing and sales efforts from his base near London, England and is also responsible for coordinating product enhancement through the use of innovative jackpot and prize guaranty programs involving insurance. Before joining LDC, Tim had over 20 years of experience working for some of the largest insurance companies in the world, both in London and New York, including Chubb and AIG, where he was Worldwide Manager for their Entertainment and Special Risks Insurance Division.

Jim Krohn, C.P.A. - Vice President, CFO, Treasurer and Secretary

In charge of all of LDC's accounting, financial reporting, capital budgeting, and corporate administration functions. Before joining LDC, Jim had over 20 years of experience in international banking, privatizations, investment banking and CFO experience and also served as a former Managing Director of Arthur Andersen's Global Corporate Finance Group, and as a Vice President of Salomon Brothers' Corporate Finance Group.

Andrzej Surmacz - Vice President of Operations

Has over 20 years experience in domestic and international sales and operations for on-line and video lottery organizations. Before joining LDC, he was Vice President of Video Lottery Systems for IGT, where he was responsible for worldwide sales and operations. Prior to joining IGT, Andrzej spent 10 years with GTECH Corporation in various positions, ranging from projects implementation, to business development in Europe and Asia.

Stanislaw Pade - Vice President Actuarial Analysis

Is involved in game design, risk assessment and feasibility analysis. He has over 20 years of experience in various aspects of quantitative analysis including actuarial valuation, "Monte Carlo" simulation and stochastic modeling. He has held positions with AT&T, Aon Consulting and Hewitt Associates.
