Lottery Dynamics Corp. is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Integrated Group Assets Inc., headquartered in Dallas, Texas, a company which offers, through its network of exclusive and independent licensees, proprietary and patent-protected programs to enhance lottery revenues and good cause contributions. The company's programs are fully customizable, and work with any matrix or currency around the world.

LDC was formed through it's predecessor, and made its official debut in the worldwide lottery industry at the World Lottery Association Conference in Durban, South Africa in October 2004.

LDC has been an associate member of the World Lottery Association and a participant/sponsor of industry conferences held by WLA, NASPL, La Fleurs, and Public Gaming Research Institute.

LDC was founded to capitalize on the opportunity for premium content in the gaming industry. The Company believes that the state lotteries are particularly suited for gaming content expansion for many compelling reasons such as the desire for more choices to players, the need for price point differentiation, as well as the necessity to create game designs with appeal to the new generation of lottery players.
